We are passionate about helping women stay strong and active through every stage of life.
The Women’s Health Matters studio will be offering a range of friendly, inclusive classes for women of all ages and levels of fitness:
- Antenatal & Postnatal pilates
- Antenatal & Postnatal yoga
- Birth Education
- Menopause Program (pilates, strengthening & education)
- Pain Management (e.g. endometriosis, vaginismus etc)
- Men's Health
Get Ready to start your class
Our classes are available to cater for all level of abilities from beginner to advanced. Enjoy utilising a variety of equipment such as our reformer, mat, resistance bands, pilates balls and oovs.
To get started you’ll need to attend a 45 minute initial assessment, not only for your health fund rebates, but also for your physiotherapist to provide you with the most effective instructions and modifications needed. They’ll also assist you with understanding the principles of pilates.
Once you have completed your assessment, you’ll then be able to book into a class. Currently our class times are as follows:
- 10.00am Tuesday (combined) with Maya
- 10.00am Friday (combined) with Maya
- 9.00am Saturday Pre-Natal with Simone
- 10.00am Saturday Post-Natal with Simone
